How to Unlock Your Offer

Did you receive a special Offer Passcode? 
Follow the instructions below to Unlock your Offer online using your Offer Passcode

call or email the NC Opera Box Office directly at 919.792.3853 | boxoffice@ncopera.org

  1. On Ticketmaster.com, choose your performance day and time.
  2. Select the number of tickets you need in the dropdown box and click the 🔒 Unlock button.

  3. Enter your Offer Passcode and click the next 🔒 Unlock button.

  4. Select your seats on the map! Your Offer Passcode is applicable to any of the dark blue seats on the map. When you select your seat, be sure to Add the discounted price ticket to your cart.
